He was very thorough, pointed out any and all issues he found, and explained clearly what the issues were and whether or not it’s something to be concerned about before closing or a minor issue we could fix later. We were able to purchase our home confidently, knowing exactly what we were getting into, after his inspection.
And on top of all the information he gave us onsite, walking the house with us, he had the report ready very quickly for us to view online. It was full of lots of clear pictures and descriptions of everything he found.
